Pricing Options

Elements VISTA can help you run your business. Please choose one of the two options below that works best for you:

Elements VISTA™ Subscription Service

$199.00 per month for one 4 user office
Initial Fee of $999.00 due at sign-on
Additional offices cost $199.00 per month per 4 user office
You subscribe on a month to month basis. You can use Elements VISTA indefinitely. These prices include the license to use the software and Customer Care as outlined below

Included: Customer Care

3 hours of Customer Care each month per office (15 minute minimum per call) for the first year
1 hour of Customer Care each month per office (15 minute minimum per call) for subsequent years
Includes free software updates and online help manual
Additional Customer Care over the plan costs an additional $150.00 per hour

Purchasing Elements VISTA™

$3,995.00 for up to 4 licenses
For $1995.00, you may purchase up to 4 additional user licenses
These prices include the license to use the software, 2 months Complimentary Customer Care and the option to purchase additional Customer Care as outlined below

Optional: Customer Care(12 month contracts)

For offices with over 8 users and/or multiple offices, leases and purchases will be negotiated as required.
