Communications Center
The Communications Center makes it easy to follow your client notes and enter
responses to these notes. You can use the Email & Text Messaging Wizard to send
out announcements to clients, workers, and even payors. You can send clients
their scheduled appointments for the week, send workers available shifts for which
they can cover/fill.
Not only that but you can select a client and a worker, and generate a directions list
along with a map for them to follow.
